Global Action Plan
Global Action Plan have a great EcoTeam programme:
"An EcoTeam is a group of households (usually 6-8) who get together once a month over a 4 month period to follow a step-by-step process of manageable actions on waste, energy, water, transport and shopping"
Community Development Foundation
